Job Description

:

Greet patients and visitors politely with SALAM gestures and always be made available at the main lobby reception area to receive and assist patients. Provide directions and escort patients and visitors to various hospital departments and facilities. Assist with the check-in and registration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Provide support and assist for special needs, such as wheelchair, and language translation services. Transferring patients from/to department for treatment/examination, as and when required, not limited to wheelchairs. With the support of ward nurses, assisting high risk patient attentively to ensure patient safety. Assist to pick-up international patients to/from ferry terminal/airport/any other waiting points required. Perform any other duties or assignment related to customer service as required by OIC, HOD or management.
Requirement:

Minimum SPM or equivalent or previous experience in related industry. Good physical fitness. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to assist with physical handling of patients such as pushing wheelchair and belongings when neccessary. Willing to work on shifts. Able to work on weekends and Public Holiday. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
