• Welcoming Guests: Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and confirm their reservations.
• Assisting with Inquiries: Act as the main point of reference for guests needing assistance or information about the hotel and local area.
• Providing Recommendations: Suggest activities, restaurants, and attractions based on guests\' preferences.
• Arranging Services: Coordinate transportation, make restaurant reservations, book tours, and arrange other services as requested by guests.
• Handling Complaints: Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Managing Requests: Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled to enhance their stay.
• Maintaining Knowledge: Stay informed about the hotel\'s services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information.
• Monitoring Security: Keep an eye on the entrance and monitor who comes in and out of the hotel to ensure safety.

• Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Malay.
• Familiarity with using hotel property Management Systems (PMS) OPERA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year as guest service personnel in a service industry.
• Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatile.
• Willing to work in shift.
• Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and services to provide accurate recommendations.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
