Our flexible meeting spaces, including a ballroom for up to 400 guests, are ideal for organizing events.Do you see yourself as a Concierge with Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar?To join our pre-opening team, we are seeking a passionate Concierge who can combine informality and fun with professionalism and sophistication, with an inclusive spirit who embrace individuality and inject positivity into their work environments.Our colleagues are fundamental to delivering memorable experiences, and we are committed to creating a culture as diverse as the distinct hotels in our portfolio.Your day to dayEvery day is different, but you\'ll mostly be:Building guest relationships through a swift, professional and highly personal serviceCollating and sharing expert local knowledge of events, places of interests and restaurantsResolving guest issues and using their feedback to improve guest satisfactionDelegating duties to your team while also setting exceptional standardsEnsuring every guest enjoys discretion, ethical behaviour, privacy and confidentialityLeading the way as a brand ambassador to promote the hotel\'s other businessesWhat we need from youFor you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following:Communication and customer service skillsStrive for excellence in an eager and motivated mannerPossess the ability to work under pressureDemonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliabilityA High School diploma / qualification.
