Oversee daily concierge operations and ensure smooth guest service.
Lead and motivate the concierge team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
Coordinate transportation, luggage handling, and tour services.
Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions and hotel facilities.
Ensure high service standards in line with IHG brand expectations.
Support Front Office operations when required.
Train and guide new team members to maintain service excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
