Concrete Plant Supervisor -

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, ensure efficient batching activities, maintain plant equipment, and coordinate customer orders. The ideal candidate must be highly responsible, punctual, and experienced in managing both wet and dry concrete plants.

Key Responsibilities (Job Responsibilities)

Oversee daily batching plant operations (wet & dry).

Supervise batching accuracy and ensure consistent concrete quality.

Monitor and manage material stock levels (cement, sand, aggregates, admixtures).

Coordinate mixer truck scheduling, loading, and delivery timing.

Plan and arrange customer orders efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Perform routine plant and equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor breakdowns.

Ensure plant cleanliness, safety compliance, and efficient workflow.

Record production data, order updates, and daily operational reports.

Work closely with drivers, technicians, and operations team to meet production targets.

Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)

Minimum 10 years of experience in the concrete / ready-mix / batching plant industry.

Able to recognize and manage material stock accurately.

Skilled in batching operations for both wet and dry plants.

Punctual, disciplined, and responsible in fulfilling job duties.

Able to perform plant maintenance (wet & dry plant).

Strong knowledge of plant operations and mixer trucks workflow.

Capable of arranging customer orders systematically and efficiently.

Must be able to maintain work punctuality and follow job schedules.

Kami sedang mencari seorang Penyelia Loji Konkrit yang berpengalaman untuk menguruskan operasi harian loji, memastikan kerja batching berjalan lancar, menyelenggara peralatan, serta menyusun tempahan pelanggan dengan teratur.

Tanggungjawab Kerja

Menguruskan operasi harian loji batching (wet & dry plant).

Memastikan ketepatan batching dan kualiti konkrit yang konsisten.

Memantau dan mengurus stok bahan (simen, pasir, batu, admixture).

Menyusun jadual lori mixer, proses loading, dan masa penghantaran.

Menyusun tempahan pelanggan dengan baik untuk kelancaran operasi.

Membuat penyelenggaraan rutin loji dan menyelesaikan kerosakan kecil.

Memastikan kebersihan, keselamatan, dan aliran kerja yang baik di loji.

Merekod data pengeluaran dan laporan operasi harian.

Bekerjasama dengan pemandu, juruteknik dan team operasi.

Syarat & Kelayakan

Minimum 10 tahun pengalaman dalam industri konkrit / ready-mix / batching plant.

Mampu mengenal pasti dan mengurus stok bahan dengan tepat.

Mahir dalam operasi batching loji wet dan dry plant.

Menepati masa, bertanggungjawab dan berdisiplin.

Boleh membuat penyelenggaraan loji (wet & dry).

Pengetahuan yang baik tentang operasi loji dan lori mixer.

Boleh menyusun tempahan pelanggan dengan sistematik.

Mampu mematuhi masa kerja yang ditetapkan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
