Heading/intro:
Our client is an established multinational that focuses on specialty compounds that is used in both the B2B and B2C segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the P&L for Malaysia, consisting of approximately 100 headcounts.
- Provide direct leadership to the Sales and Marketing team.
- Reporting into Regional Management, you will collaborate with other Country GM\'s to develop and execute a consistent strategic plan.
- Drive cross functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, HR and Finance.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with business partners, distributors, retailers and all relevant parties in the business.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of Senior Management experience, ideally in a highly structured MNC environment.
- Past experience in a Sales/Commercial oriented management role.
- Experienced in leading an indirect team of at least 50 headcounts.
