Role Description This is a contract on-site role for a Construction Civil Supervisor located in Pengerang. The role involves overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure they are executed according to project specifications. Responsibilities include supervising civil construction works, coordinating with site teams, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, and addressing any on-site challenges. The Construction Civil Supervisor will liaise with various teams to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of the project. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and effective Site Supervision abilities Capability to manage On-Site operations efficiently Proficiency in Quality Control to ensure compliance with standards Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams Relevant certifications or training in civil engineering or construction management are advantageous Additional information: Able to converse both in Malay and English. Have experience at least 10 years in large-scale construction projects and main construction company Have extensive knowledge in HSE will be added advantage
