JOB DESCRIPTION

SITE ENGINEER

Plan, manage, and supervise all site construction activities to ensure they are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans. Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations. Prepare site progress reports, daily records, and documentation for management and clients. Enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations at the site. Identify and resolve technical issues or challenges encountered during construction. Supervise and guide site workers to achieve project targets efficiently. Control resources including manpower, equipment, and materials to avoid wastage and cost overruns. Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Registered with CIDB and possess a valid Green Card At least 1 year of working experience in construction or engineering projects Good knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, and site supervision Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
