Planning and organizing the construction project Liaising with various contractors and suppliers \xef\x82\xa7 Monitoring the progress of the construction project \xef\x82\xa7 Keeping track of budget and time constraints \xef\x82\xa7 Coordinating the work of numerous different trades \xef\x82\xa7 Ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget \xef\x82\xa7 Communicating with team members and customers effectively \xef\x82\xa7 Ensuring that the project is organized and managed according to construction standards \xef\x82\xa7 Guiding the team members involved in the project \xef\x82\xa7 Making sure that all required permits are obtained and complied with \xef\x82\xa7 Monitoring and reviewing the progress of the project frequently \xef\x82\xa7 Preparing and reviewing estimates \xef\x82\xa7 Coordinating with other trades and vendors \xef\x82\xa7 Monitoring the project throughout its duration \xef\x82\xa7 Reporting any issues or problems to management \xef\x82\xa7 Maintaining accurate records of the project \xef\x82\xa7 Organizing and scheduling the work on the project \xef\x82\xa7 Managing resources and budgets \xef\x82\xa7 Monitoring the progress of the project \xef\x82\xa7 Evaluating the results of the project \xef\x82\xa7 Attending meetings with team members and clients
