Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
Resolve on-site issues and delays effectively.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Review and approve project plans, drawings, and change orders.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. At least Diploma in Construction Building, Interior Design / Architecture, Project Management or equivalent
2. Experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight datelines
3. Excellent project and leadership skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Min 5 years working experience in managing a construction site.
