Objectif of the role :-

1. Overall in-charge of the whole project site, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.
2. Manage worksites for new-construction as well as remodeling projects, coordinating activities and ensuring that all work is in sync with project goals and objectives
3. Liaise with engineers, architects, and others working on a project
4. Visit sites regularly during construction
5. Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions
6. Capable of managing multi-disciplinary works
7. Resolve operational conflicts promptly.

Required skills and qualifications : -

1. Three or more years of experience
2. Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
3. Knowledge of building-code requirements and scheduling methods
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for quality
5. Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices
6. Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team.
7. Self-motivated personal and able to work independently.

Preferred skills and qualifications :-

1. Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or related field
2. Working knowledge of green building practices
