a) Liaise with client/consultant in coordinating project works. b) Execute the project works and ensure compliance with design specification and requirements of consultants. c) Coordinate work progress with main/sub-contractor and ensure project completion according to schedule. d) Supervise and monitor works and project in progress. e) Able to do project planning, lead and monitor work progress according to project scheduled. f) Ensuring works are carried out in accordance to approved plan, contract specifications & regulatory requirement. g) Able to coordinate with all levels of people, handling sub-contractors, consultants & suppliers. h) Capable to handle all on-site technical & engineering matters. i) Resolve all technical and non-technical issues. j) Ensure the tracking and monitoring of items such as Variation Orders, Material Testing, Specialists Architectural Items, etc. k) Assist the Project Manager in verifying monthly progress claims / reports. l) Responsible for submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method statements and proposals. m) Ensure supervisors & charge hand met client & regulatory requirements. n) Carry out short-term planning to meet site progress. o) Involve in client/consultant/sub-contractor meetings. p) Coordinate, program and monitor site work, materials, plant & equipment. q) Resolve site issues with sub-contractors. r) Carry out project objectives to align with company goals. s) Responsible for all aspects of project management functions including planning, co-ordination, execution and monitoring of matters and issues relating to the construction of the project. t) Coordinate & liaise with various related parties including consultants, sub-contractors and safety supervisors on site to ensure project requirement are met. u) Liaise with consultants on site inspection. v) Perform incoming inspection on project materials delivered on site by suppliers or vendors.
