-Provide assistance to the Project Manager throughout all stages of the construction project milestones, ensuring smooth operations of daily site administration.
-Collaborate and communicate effectively with the project manager, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop more efficient project methods.
-Execute construction tasks in line with contractual obligations, specifications, budget, and timeline.
-Oversee construction tasks and manage site logistics to facilitate the smooth handling of machinery, construction materials, equipment, and tools.
-Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, proactively planning to prevent problems and resolving site issues.
-Analyze, manage, and mitigate delays and risks to ensure project progress.
-Ensure compliance with building, health, and safety regulations, overseeing RFIW, ITP, and material/sample submissions with support from the Project Engineer.
-Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the company as required.
Requirements

-Holds a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) or a related field.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
-Possesses good knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules, authority regulations, and CIDB QLASSIC quality standards.
-Has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in site management of high-rise buildings.
-Capable of working long hours under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Works well in a team and has the ability to plan and envision the "big picture."
-Exhibits strong leadership, organizational skills, and effective management abilities.
-Demonstrates proficiency in handling conflict and crisis situations.
-Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur and has own transportation.
