Manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and communicate these to all relevant stakeholders
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
Oversee project teams and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
Ensure that all safety regulations and requirements are adhered to on the job site
Manage project budgets and costs, identifying and addressing any potential cost overruns
Conduct regular inspections of the job site to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards
Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
Bachelor\'s degree in construction management or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in project/construction management
