Position: Construction Manager (Kuching)
Location: Kuching, Sarawak
Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced
Construction Manager
to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. You'll manage project schedules, budgets, teams, and site operations to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and execute construction projects effectively. Manage budgets, resources, and subcontractors. Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards. Monitor quality, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance. Communicate with clients, consultants, and authorities on project progress. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage documentation, reporting, and project handover.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related). Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction project management. Proven track record in
C&S or M&E
projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
