We are currently seeking a Construction Manager MEP with industrial & manufacturing construction experience, ideally experience in major & complex projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and managing the project during the construction and commissioning stage.
• Provide coordination across the project, working with the client, internal staff and other consultants.
• Work with the client, consultant, contractor(s) / design team and other key stakeholders to create and establish the Master Project Schedule, based on the Critical Path and key milestones.
• Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as requested.
• Troubleshoot and assist in the resolution of field installation issues.
• Attend weekly meetings with client, consultants and contractor.
• Manage the construction, commissioning and project close out process for MEP related activities.

Qualification:

• Degree qualifications in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8- 12 years\' experience with hi-technology manufacturing, industrial, and project management in major mega projects internationally.
• Experience and knowledge of all the main project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Experience of leading project management commissions for medium to large sized project
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
• Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office suite of products.
