Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing detailed construction plans and schedules

Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers

Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to stay on track

Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Communicating regularly with clients, project stakeholders, and the management team

Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry

Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions

Detailed knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire construction crews

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
