Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction projects, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction processes and techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately execute construction tasks.
• Skilled in concrete finishing techniques, ensuring smooth and durable surfaces that meet quality standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations within construction environments, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
• Competent in operating and maintaining various construction equipment and tools, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
• Proficient in carpentry skills, including framing, formwork, and other carpentry-related tasks.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with a diverse workforce and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks, including smoothing, leveling, and patching concrete surfaces to meet quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines on the construction site to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment, such as power tools, machinery, and vehicles, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
• Execute carpentry tasks, including framing, installing fixtures, and building structures, with precision and attention to detail.
• Assist in the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers as needed for project progression.
