Construction Project Manager
Job Description
We are a Developer Builder and our in-house construction arm is looking for an experience Project Manager background who has a track record of successful high quality projects. Our project management team works in team of high level construction professionals in a positive environment. Dedication and commitment are the key requirements for this role.
To develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
To monitor sub-contractor's day-to-day site work progress & to ensure that the project completes on time as scheduled and within budgets.
Ensure good workmanship by contractors & to meet high quality standards in construction and proper application of construction techniques.
To liaise with appointed consultants to ensure project kicks off and progress smoothly.
To attend all meetings related to the assigned projects, monitoring of contractor's work quality, work progress, safety conditions, authority compliances.
Proper coordinate with consultants' team on site matters and technical aspects of the project.
To check drawings with attention to detail, promptly resolves any discrepancies, and coordinates effectively with teams to ensure smooth project execution.
To handle for the period of vacant possession & defect liability periods of the projects.
To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements : Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Engineering degree or equivalent with a strong proven track record. Minimum of 10 years in project management experience in building construction or infrastructure Able to work independently with minimum supervision; Experience with engaging, managing and handling authorities and technical departments Committed to complete the projects allocated with excellence, reliable and technically strong. Successful applicant will be located at Batu Pahat, Johor.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
