& Responsibilities This role will be responsible to direct and manage all activities engaged in the project site as designated with emphasis on Planning / Organizing / Control and Co-ordination of construction related matters to meet project requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To study specifications and plans to establish project organization and staffing, work schedules and procedures, construction programmes and targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead a team to implement projects, award contracts, monitor progress of work and contract cost. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with appointed consultants to ensure project kicks off and progress smoothly. \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend all meetings related to the assigned projects, compile and prepare reports for records and feedback of information for Management\xe2\x80\x99s review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up and obtain all necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare project quality, safety, health and environmental plan, construction programmes and method statements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review elements that impact construction risk, cost and manage cash flow to achieve the profit target \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve total completion of the project and obtain the Certification of Practical Completion \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to tactically plan site operations, adapt and develop new solutions to enhance the delivery of results through critical thinking \xe2\x80\xa2 Build relationships with team members, sub-contractors, consultants, and clients with a focus on negotiating and motivating them to action and manage stakeholders\' expectations Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 5-10 years related working experience in high-rise and landed developments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with legal requirements and knowledgeable in environmental, safety and health practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player, self-motivated person and able to work independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good rapport with Local Authorities, PTG and Land Office will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work at multiple location / sites.
