About the Role



We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on construction leader to manage multiple projects end-to-end. This role requires someone battle-tested in the industry, able to coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and cashflow while keeping projects on time and within budget.

The right candidate will not just manage, but truly own the construction function -- ensuring smooth site operations, disciplined cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Full project ownership from start to handover. Develop and maintain construction schedules, cost plans, and progress reports. Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure effective deployment of manpower, plant, and materials. Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards. Assemble the right site resources (supervisors, foremen, admin support) to achieve project objectives. Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent delays or overruns.

What We're Looking For



Minimum 10-15 years in construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple concurrent sites. Strong industry connections and ability to quickly mobilize reliable manpower and resources (distinct advantage). Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget. Ability to enforce discipline in cost, schedule, and quality control. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a site-based, fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM8,013.46 - RM12,673.02 per month
