• Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management or a similar role, with a proven track record of completing projects to a high standard.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin will be preferred due to need communicate with Chinese Maincon.
• Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets. (AUTOCAD, BIM & MS Project)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to establish project parameters and deliver quality within the stipulated time frame.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Coordinate and schedule all aspects of construction, including subcontractor management, material procurement, and workforce allocation.
• Manage the project budget, ensuring that all expenditures are accounted for and remain within the projected financial plan.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with legal standards and building codes specific to residential construction.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team, fostering a professional environment and a culture of excellence.
• Implement rigorous risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues throughout the project duration.
