Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for construction materials, machinery, and equipment at competitive prices.
Manage the full procurement cycle -- from issuing purchase orders to ensuring timely material delivery.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Liaise with project, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure accuracy in material specifications, delivery, and payments.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, materials, and price trends.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and ISO/SOP standards.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of procurement experience
, preferably in the
construction or machinery industry
.
Good knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supplier networks.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin
is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers.
Proficient in MS Office and procurement software.
Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
