Conduct regular inspections on-site to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Identify and report any non-conformities or workmanship issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
Daily Progress Reporting
Prepare and submit daily site progress reports, including work status, manpower, materials used, and site observations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection and testing data.
Coordination with Subcontractors & Main Contractor
Communicate and coordinate effectively with subcontractors and the main contractor to ensure alignment on quality expectations and construction schedules.
Attend coordination meetings to discuss quality issues, progress updates, and site challenges.
Documentation & Compliance
Assist in preparing QA/QC documentation such as inspection checklists, method statements, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and material approvals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and project quality plans.
Follow-Up and Issue Resolution
Monitor and verify the closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and punch list items.
Support the QA/QC Manager or Site Engineer in resolving site quality issues promptly.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
