Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of on-site working experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in deciphering property design drawings and plans
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
• Strong project planning and supervising skills
• Good oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Flexibility to travel to different project sites may be required depending on company projects
• Preparedness to adhere to employer's requirements, including occasional evening or weekend work for special events or urgent tasks
• Pleasant personality, independence, smart-working, and strong communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Adaptability to changing priorities and schedules
• Good physical condition
• Strong probability and decision-making skills
• Must possess valid CIDB Green Card
