Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise and coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, trade contractors and office team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing site related matters including site work arrangement, leading of site workers, coordination with sub-con, execution of work in a safe manner, arranging necessary meeting and discussion to update and resolve site issue. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of paper work including daily site report, taking site progress pictures, checking and taking of site measurements, checking of claim\'s quantity material\'s quantity needed at site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring company\'s machinery, tools and equipment are properly handled and well maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimizing material site wastage and monitoring work labor\'s efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular site inspection and meticulous on work termination and workmanship. \xe2\x80\xa2 Upkeep of site condition and good site management. Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 Year(s) of experience in site management and renovation work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher qualification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management skill and able to meet deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issue. \xe2\x80\xa2 Salary package will commensurate with qualification and experience.
