Coordinate with subcontractors and site coordinators to ensure the timely rectification of works
Verify that all rectification and construction works comply with project specifications
Monitor daily site activities and progress
Provide support and guidance to construction workers
Perform other tasks related to defect management and site supervision
Requirements
Experience in construction site supervision is an advantage
Knowledge of basic construction works, safety practices, and site coordination
Able to work independently and responsibly
Good communication and teamwork skills
