Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Superintendent based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. While primarily overseeing on-site construction activities, some work-from-home flexibility is provided. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing construction sites, ensuring safety compliance, organizing on-site tasks, budget planning, and overall project management. The Superintendent will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget while maintaining high safety standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety principles to ensure smooth and safe project execution. Strong Organization Skills to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and workflows at construction sites. Experience with Budgeting to manage project financials and control project costs. Expertise in Project Management to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with the renewable energy industry or solar power projects is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
