JOB DESCRIPTION Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment on construction sites. Ensure that all electrical work is performed according to project plans, specifications, codes, and standards. Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Manage and oversee the work of on-site electrical teams and subcontractors. Provide guidance and support to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently. Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and address any issues. Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality of electrical installations. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in electrical work. Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on-site. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for electrical work. Promote a culture of safety among site workers and contractors. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports, progress reports, and inspection records. Ensure all documentation complies with project and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit required reports to project management and other stakeholder Education & Experience (Basic requirement for this position) Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical supervision within the construction industry. Proven experience supervising electrical installations on construction sites. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications. Familiarity with electrical testing and commissioning procedures. CIDB Construction Site Supervisor Certification (CCS) is preferred
