Full-time position based at the HQ office, with a focus on generating calls.
Manage Inbound and outbound calls.
Connect with potential customers to actively promote and introduce the diverse range of products available at VX Garage.
Prior experience in handling customer highly desirable.
Consistently strives to meet kpi targets through strategic negotiation and successful deal closures.
Requirements:
The candidate is available to start immediately.
Candidates must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years experiences in related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills when engaging with customers.
Proficient in communicating in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
Must have a service-oriented mindset with excellent telephone etiquette.
Ability to effectively use company-provided scripts to handle customer objections.
Must have a cheerful and friendly personality.
A three-day training session will be evaluated by your Trainer.
