Responsibilities1. Providing a range of beauty treatments:a. This may include body slimming, toning, and other services as required.b. Assist doctors with procedures when required2. Consulting with clients:a. Responsible for discussing clients\' needs and preferences, and making recommendations for treatments and services based on their individual needs.b. Assist in frontline duties i.e. registering clients, appointment making, reception, billing etc. when required.3. Maintaining accurate records:a. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of clients\' treatments and preferences, as well as tracking inventory and supplies.4. Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment:a. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring that the facility is well-maintained.b. Perform housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of clinic5. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and techniques:a. Responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and techniques, and incorporating them into your work as appropriate.b. Comply with workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organizationc. Maintain good teamwork and unity among all work colleaguesd. Assist branch manager with the preparation and maintenance of necessary reportse. Ensure daily task is completed. E.g; daily dispensary, treatment note, patient file updated, follow upf. Extent of reliability to complete tasks and follow branch manager instructiong. Sharing & discuss ideas with your colleague or branch manager to get better achievement.6. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with PDPA regulations:a. Responsible for maintaining confidentiality and ensuring that the outlet is in compliance with PDPA regulations. This includes protecting client information and ensuring that you are trained on PDPA requirements.7. Providing excellent customer service:a. Responsible for ensuring that clients receive excellent customer service from the outlet.
