About the job:

The Consultant position offers excellent career opportunities for highly motivated and ambitious candidates with significant prior experience in the financial services industry. Your responsibilities will include :

• Engage with clients for requirement gathering through discussions and workshops to translate their current state into well-formulated technical document.
• Involvement with various stakeholders within client business to understand the current operating model and document in a structured manner.
• Conduct research, data collection, mapping & analysis on technology vendors/ service providers based on the requirement of the client.
• Develop an understanding of client\xe2\x80\x99s data and document standards to apply the management framework in framing the approach and deliverables.
• Produce documentation and presentation decks outputs with clear and concise analysis all stakeholders, with proper sign off.
• Interaction with multiple technology stakeholders, solution architecture & developer to finalize framework, approach and output.
• Independently be able to drive the engagement work stream by conducting activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission.
• Participate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.

About you:

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Engineering or other related fields.
• Any higher degree or certifications like CFA/ FRM will be preferable.
• Holding 1-4 years of experience in the banking, technology and/or consulting industry.
• Good understanding of banking processes and products in the corporate banking industry.
• Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly grasp complex situations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills.
• Experience in Business Analysis / Project Management will be valued.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience with Target Operating Model definition would be beneficial.
• Understanding of blockchain, distributed ledger technology (DLT), cryptocurrency and usage in financial industry would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of trade finance products and lifecycle would be beneficial.
