Consultant, Enterprise Solutions (Malaysia)

Your roles and responsibilities:

Understand and interpret market opportunity and product requirements. Engage stakeholders from various departments and divisions and compile business/ operations requirements into meaningful User Requirement document. Own and manage the product backlog for a key stream in our product management team, play the role of Product Owner in a scrum environment. You will be required to write crystal clear user stories and be a master planner. Work closely with head of product, operation team, UX lead, scrum master, tech lead and development team to ensure business requirements are translated into actual deliverables and operationalise. Prepare wireframe or mock-up for discussion during concept sharing with stakeholder . Managing the entire product line life cycle and its profitability/usability. Working on analytic reporting for each product units . Maintain and support the request from internal departments. Enhance and maintain the product system.
What we need from you:

At least 1-year relevant product development experience. Candidate with technical project management experience is encouraged to apply. Preferably with working background from operation and digital transformation. Good verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage. Personality traits - pleasant personality, good attitude, self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous, result-oriented, responsible, independent, trustworthy, ethical and team player. Ability to quickly grasp and communicate technology and technical concept. Ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellence in writing clearly and concisely for internal technical and non-technical audience, based on product requirements. Those with sufficient technical understanding to debate across all levels of the organisation on analytics, agile methodologies, responsive design, code quality, system scalability and site reliability without skipping a beat. Candidate with knowledge/experience in Scrum Methodology will have an added advantage . Possess a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics/Informatics or Engineering or its equivalent.
