To participate and assist the seniors throughout the lifecycle of a project, from the planning stage to completion
Assist in document business processes and conducting product training for client users and facilitate user testing.
Proactively seek process improvements, implementation, and configuration of solutions, and challenge the current processes for further enhancement opportunities.
To work closely with team members and clients based on business requirements.
Helpdesk Support
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support to clients to ensure the quality of work always delivered and maintain professionalism.
General
To continuously keep abreast of product and industry knowledge with alert on the latest technological advancements to provide leadership to cross-functional teams when necessary.
To deliver tasks and document all work in accordance with defined standards and processes.
Teamwork \xe2\x80\x93 to consistently demonstrate actions (e.g. knowledge sharing, helping each other to meet project timeline, sense of urgency) to increase the teamwork with all team members.
To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/ or the management.
Job Requirements
Possesses Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Supply Chain & Logistics or equivalent.
Working experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Team player with good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Willing to travel depending on project requirements.
An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities to advise on business workflow/automation.
Self-starter; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Technical skill \xe2\x80\x93 to acquire minimum business analytics skills for data analysis and troubleshooting use.
