Key Responsibilities:

Primarily provide support in the LOS and LMS system domains. Responsible for coordinating between business and product teams, solution evaluation, and process consulting. Supported by backend expert resources such as solution architects, who will provide in-depth technical support as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. At least 8 years of experience in fintech, IT product management, or related fields, including a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial services or the automotive finance industry. Strong understanding of the business logic, operating models, and regulatory environment of vertical domains such as credit and asset management. Extensive project participation or consulting experience; familiar with project management frameworks such as PMP and Agile/Scrum, and able to provide methodological guidance for project management. Strong capabilities in business analysis, logical reasoning, and structured communication; able to provide clear analysis and recommendations based on data and facts. Proficient in both English and Chinese, and able to adapt to Malaysia's multilingual working environment.
