• To perform calls to existing Credit consumers.
• To meet the daily productivity and call quality requirements.
• To ensure strict adherence to all policies, procedures, BNM guidelines, compliance, information security.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen;
• Applicants must meet the required minimum age of 18 years old;
• Fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin or any other language/dialects;
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and people skills;
• Able to commit to a minimum of 4 hours a week;
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays;
• Able to attend training sessions conducted at Hong Leong Bank, PJ City Office;
• Must own a stable Wi-Fi connection and a conducive workspace at home;
• Previous work experience in customer service, sales, collections or related fields will be an added advantage.
