About us:

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven

Consumer & Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing efforts across our clinic network.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Consumer Marketing

Develop annual B2C marketing plans. Analyse market trends, competitors, and consumer needs. Identify priority services and propose strategies to drive walk-ins and patient retention.

Digital Marketing

Manage paid ads (FB/IG/Google/TikTok). Improve SEO and Google Business performance. Track performance with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics & UTM codes. Optimise Patient Acquisition Cost (PAC) and conversion funnels. Produce monthly digital dashboards.

Campaign Management

Run monthly health campaigns and launch promotions for new clinics, doctors, or services. Work with CCC for creative assets (posters, videos, ads). Ensure consistent promotion rollout across all clinics.

Consumer Engagement

Manage WhatsApp/SMS marketing. Develop patient retention and loyalty programs. Improve patient journey touchpoints and reduce drop-offs.

Ground Activation

Support clinics with hyperlocal marketing and community activities. Conduct visits to understand local market behaviour. Track and optimise local initiatives.

Content Planning

Prepare content briefs and consumer insights. Review creatives to ensure accuracy and conversion-focused messaging.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications. 4-6 years of experience in consumer or digital marketing (healthcare/retail preferred). Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, social media, campaigns, and reporting. Proficient in English & Malay. Familiar with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush (added advantage).

Working Hours : 9 am to 6 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
