The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of consumer behavior, expertise in market research methodologies, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.This role will act as a business partner by navigating through market dynamics and identifying key consumer as well as shopper trends.This position will be based in L\'Or\xc3\xa9al Malaysia head office in Petaling Jaya, practicing a hybrid working model.You are expected to manage the following:
