About the Role
Join a global leader in customer experience management and represent a renowned luxury hotel brand. As a Contact Center Executive, you will deliver exceptional service to international guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of world-class hospitality.
We are looking for Japanese-speaking professionals (JLPT N2 or above) with B1-level English proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and reservations.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all guest interactions.
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
Requirements
Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or above.
English proficiency: minimum B1 level.
Candidates with hospitality or hotel-related experience are encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
Flexible to work rotational shifts and weekends.
Working Schedule
Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday, rotational)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Schedule may vary depending on business requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM7,800
Language Allowance: RM1,000
Housing Allowance: RM600
