Job Description

This will be for inbound call center with a leading bank to support international markets through inbound calls regarding services and complaints.

Requirements:



Proficient in speaking English or any additional language such as Mandarin/ Cantonese is added advantage. Open to fresh graduate or experienced candidates. SPM and above Comfortable to speak and assists both, local and international customers from Australia, US etc Able to work on a rotational shift, weekend and public holidays if assigned to work on that day 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive rest day off
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
