Job Description
- Responsibility for customer cleanliness requirements and achieve customer requirement
- Trouble shooting on contamination issue and action for improvement
- Follow up customer issues and reply effectively & customer compliant tracking update
- Maintain Quality System Report i.e. Quarterly PMP audit, half yearly Customer satisfaction
- Accomplish for Yearly Environmental Declaration i.e. RoHS, HF, Phthalates, HBCDD etc
- Accomplish Weekly CC Report , RoHS , QBR presentation to customer
- Perform periodic customer visit/ supplier audit
- Perform other task as per designated by superior
- Tertiary qualification in Chemistry/Science background
- Mandarin speaker (advantages)
- Fresh Graduated.
- Willing to work at Masjid Tanah Melaka.
