This role is a great opportunity for students who want to learn how a creative or media-based company runs behind the scenes -- from administrative coordination to assisting in content creation.
You'll mainly handle
administrative and data-related tasks
, but you'll also get hands-on experience with our
video team
, including helping out on set or appearing as talent.
Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and record keeping
Assist with scheduling, task tracking, and basic coordination across teams
Support the video/content team with production preparation and logistics
Occasionally participate in video shoots or creative content as on-screen talent
Help maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced creative environment
Requirements
Currently pursuing a
Diploma or Degree
in:
Business Administration
Marketing
Mass Communication / Media Studies
Public Relations
or any related field
Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
Outgoing and comfortable interacting with others (bonus if you enjoy being on camera!)
