The data is directly reflected in the company\'s core products Eikon and Workplace, which provide detailed data and services for the fixed income departments of financial institutions. The team is full of creativity and vitality, we provide the best stage to display our talents, and we hope to collect better talents.Role responsibilitiesMonitoring of sources for Fixed Income DataManual updatesTaking ownership for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completenessDealing with client queries connected to Fixed Income Data.Working efficiently within teams or by yourself, be proactive to identify and resolve problemsInter-departmentalClose collaboration with Content Management to remain aligned with content strategy and prioritiesMaintain good working relation with Development teams ensuring team\xe2\x80\x99s requirements are handled in a timely fashionCommunicate effectively with other LSEG employees in Content and Service teams globally, sharing knowledge always and accepting standard methodologies.Be an ambassador for the team on specific issues when needed and participate in projects as required. Provide constructive and objective feedback and representation.Keep management aware of internal and external issues, both positive and negative and construct an effective reporting system to indicate service levels and highlights.Co-operate positively with other LSEG staff to supply to overall enhancement of information quality, processes, knowledge and understanding.Required skills and experienceKnowledge or curiosity about FinanceGood written and verbal communication skills (English & Mandarin) is mandatoryExperience in sourcing informationPractical knowledge of MS ExcelAttention to detailsDesireable skills/ experience:Knowledge of Fixed Income marketsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Economics/Finance or Financial Mathematics or equivalent experienceSQL skillsThis role is on blended work model, with 3 days working on the office and 2 days working remotely.
