We are currently looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team and help us promote our brand and programs. About the Project: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for promoting our STEM education programs and initiatives across all relevant social media platforms. Our programs include after-school programs, summer camps, workshops, and events that cover different areas of STEM, including robotics, coding, engineering, and science. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our social media following. : As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our social media following across all relevant platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and objectives, with a specific focus on promoting our STEM education programs and initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and grow our social media presence across all relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience, and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to drive optimal results, with a particular focus on driving program enrollment and attendance \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance our social media presence and drive program participation \xe2\x80\xa2 Work collaboratively with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives, including email marketing, website content, and PR \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide regular reports and analysis to management on the performance of social media campaigns, and make recommendations for improvements Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in related field or relevant experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in all major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and verbal communication skills including in Bahasa Malaysia, with an ability to write and edit content for social media platforms \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with social media scheduling and management tools We are a leading STEM education company that specializes in providing innovative and engaging learning experiences to students of all ages.
