What you\'ll do:

Audit and proofread the activity content page regularly to ensure that it aligns with Klook standards in terms of quality and accuracy

Coordinate with internal and external teams to standardize and optimize activity content guidelines to facilitate the smooth roll-out

Analyze data to identify potential causes of problems and recommend solutions

Prepare and present quality audit reports for internal and external teams

Train up internal/external teams on quality standards and procedures

Develop new ideas for quality audit workflow and strategy to improve activity content quality

Maintain auditing tools, including worksheets, templates, and reports

Assist in the development of audit schedules and plans

Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

What you\'ll need:

Bachelor\'s degree or above. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Able to handle routine work with a positive attitude and maintain consistent performance over time

Content creation and data entry experience are a plus

Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluent in Chinese is a plus (to liaise with teams in China)

Keen attention to detail in completing tasks accurately and thoroughly

Proactive, efficient, quick to learn, and has a strong work ethic

Eager to work in a small team and fast-paced environment

Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
