About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team at BY CHEFIZA SDN BHD'. As our new Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful content across a variety of digital platforms to support our marketing and communications efforts. This is a full-time position based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

What you'll be doing

Conceptualise and create original content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and other multimedia assets Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and objectives, and translate them into compelling content Optimise content for SEO and social media engagement Continuously research industry trends and audience preferences to generate innovative and relevant content ideas Manage and maintain the company's content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery Analyse content performance and provide insights to inform future content strategies Assist with other marketing and communication tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices and styles Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for visual design Proficiency in using content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing software Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media platforms Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
