We are currently seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team at Lavino Home Centre. As a Social Media Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs for our company\'s products and marketing materials.Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media, Graphic Design, Video Editing or related field.
• Degree, Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in a relevant field
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Technical proficiency in design software and tools
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and social media content
• Able to take video for social media such as : Tiktok, IG, FB or Youtube

Responsibilities

• Attention to detail from the marketing team to understand market demand and requirements.
• Create and develop innovative and visually appealing designs for our products and marketing materials
• Produce design concepts and social media content for approval
• Revise and modify designs based on market feedback and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry and a trends and best practices to continuously improve design outputs
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all channels
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company standards
