Content Creation

Develop original content (text, photos, videos) to promote medical services, treatments, health tips, and clinic updates. Create short-form video content (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok) showcasing: Behind-the-scenes at the clinic Patient testimonials (with consent) Treatment highlights or FAQs Health awareness campaigns
2.

Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and manage posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and interactive features (e.g., polls, Q&As). Monitor trends in healthcare and wellness content to remain relevant.

Visual & Video Content

Take and edit high-quality photos and videos of the clinic, staff, and procedures (where permitted). Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Lightroom for editing. Ensure all visuals align with clinic branding and maintain a clean, professional aesthetic.
4.

Patient Education & Health Promotion

Create informative posts and articles about common medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care. Simplify medical jargon for easy understanding by the public. Support seasonal or campaign-based content (e.g., flu season tips, skin care in summer).
5.

Website & Blog Content

Assist in writing and updating website content (doctor bios, service pages, FAQs). Publish health-related blog posts to support SEO and patient education.
6.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Monitor content performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or TikTok analytics. Track key metrics (reach, engagement, traffic) and adjust content strategy accordingly.
7.

Collaboration & Branding

Work closely with doctors, nurses, and marketing teams to ensure accurate, compliant messaging. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand identity across all platforms. Ensure all content complies with local health advertising regulations (e.g., KKM guidelines in Malaysia, MOH rules in Singapore).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
