Job Description

Requirements:

-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing

-Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or any related field. (However, experience and a strong portfolio will be prioritised.)

-Skilled in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.

-Strong knowledge of current social media trends (especially TikTok & Reels)

-Able to work in a team and meet deadlines

-Passion for fashion and lifestyle is a big plus!

-On-site position (not remote)

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, create, and edit photo, video, and text content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

-Develop engaging and creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches

-Manage posting schedules and ensure brand consistency across platforms

-Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and production teams

-Oversee content shoots, editing and publishing

-Track content performance and suggest improvements
