Requirements
Strong passion for content creation and social media (especially TikTok & Instagram).
Able to use basic editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, or InShot.
Creative mindset with good timing and trend awareness.
Hardworking, independent, and comfortable being in front of the camera.
No prior experience required, but IT's an advantage if you've made viral videos before.
Responsibilities
The Content Creator is responsible for producing daily content for the company's social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
The main focus is to record, edit, and publish engaging videos or photos that reflect the brand's identity.
Plan and create daily content (short videos, photos, stories).
Contribute creative and trending ideas (FYP / viral concepts).
Record and edit videos using a mobile phone (CapCut, InShot, Canva).
Assist in managing social media accounts (posting, captions, basic comment replies).
Work with the cafe team for behind-the-scenes and promotional content.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and tone.
Track and report content performance (views, likes, engagement).
